WHAT WE BELIEVE IN,
WHAT WE STAND FOR
& OUR COMPOSITION

We are a corporate campus specialized in Postgraduate and Executive Education. Our mission is to empower students by helping them acquire the knowledge, skill set, and competency required to excel in their specific fields. We aim to provide a broad spectrum knowledge of the key functional areas of a company, across a variety of industries. To facilitate this, we offer the largest UK Master’s portfolio in Sri Lanka, supplemented by executive education and short courses curated to increase your value in the industry.

The faculty at NEXT Campus comprises scholar-practitioners who play a prominent role in their respective industries, backed by their expertise and wealth of experience. This means that students at NEXT will be able to pick the brains of the best in the industry first-hand, gaining valuable insight for their career advancement and personal development.

We have powerful alumni of over 7000 students, with prominent figures in every industry from Aviation to Supply Chain and everything in between. Our high-flying alumni continue to be inspirational role models for current and future generations of students at NEXT Campus.

OUR TEACHING
PHILOSOPHY

We believe that practical application trumps theory. We make sure that whatever we teach our students at NEXT can be deployed by them at their workplace effectively the very next day. Further, we believe strongly in discussions and peer learning; the concept that students learn a great deal by explaining their ideas to others, and exchanging opinions. Peer learning is becoming an increasingly important part of many courses and is being used in a variety of contexts and industries, which is why our class sizes are limited to 36, so as to not overwhelm students and avoid clutter.

We value the quality and capability of our Graduates and our focus always has been and will be on these two aspects.

OUR VALUES

We believe that values are the foundation of everything. Our values were not created years ago, but rather as we went along. Our values represent who we are and what we strongly believe in.

PEOPLE

Students and Faculty are at the heart of everything we do at NEXT Campus. We are more than just an Education provider. We aim to build healthy relationships that transcend your time at NEXT, to be a friend in education and your career, and play a part in making your life better. We like to know what’s happening in your lives and constantly ask what’s next? Welcome to our family.

Responsibility

Education is the foundation for growth of any country and we are fully aware of the pivotal role we play in that journey. When our students cross the stage at the graduation or when they make their first call to tell us they got promoted or got a super break, that’s when we know that we have made a difference.

Quality

Quality is our topmost priority at NEXT,  and is one thing we would never compromise on. Trust us, we have said ‘no’ to more partners and students than we have said ‘yes’ to, owing to our obsession with quality. This is based on our strong belief that quality will upstage everything in the long run. We are committed to working together with like-minded, credible partners in our pursuit to deliver quality to our students on a consistent basis.

Courage

We believe that change is the only constant, and it is our intention to become agents of change. That’s why we always talk about changing lives. Students who choose us because they want to challenge the status quo as opposed to opting for the easy way out, never cease to amaze us. This is exactly, the kind of students we strive to work with. We won’t promise to make it easy, but we will certainly make the journey worthwhile.
