Today many organisations face the challenge of transformation driven by change. Typically, transformation starts at an individual, team, and then at organisational levels. MSc Business Psychology provides theoretical and practical skills and competencies for change agents to enhance organisational performance within a variety of sectors and roles including organisational development, marketing, management, human resource management and consultancy.

Our approach has a distinctive practical emphasis, preparing you to apply knowledge of psychological theory, and evidence to solve real-world problems and to improve business performance in various areas.

Our assessment methods are designed to help you develop skills that are essential for today’s business challenges. Your acquired knowledge and skills will be assessed through a variety of methods, which may include individual and group tasks such as case studies, coursework, in-class tests, reports, essays, reflective blogs, presentations, portfolios, a research proposal, and a dissertation. 

• UK Honour’s Degree or equivalent with a 2nd class lower or better
• Full professional qualification with a minimum of three years of work experience
• 8+ years of work experience and currently working at a managerial capacity.
