He has over 30 years of corporate experience in multinational corporations including roles at British American Tobacco, Coca Cola and Heineken. At Heineken he served as Managing Director for over a decade, showcasing his proficiency in corporate management.
- Dusty holds two master’s degrees, including one from the prestigious INSEAD Business School in Change and Transformation and has undergone training at renowned institutions including Harvard and Cornell. He now follows his passion of working with people. For over 22 years, Dr.Dusty has worked as a facilitator and mentor to many corporate leaders through coaching and transformation programmes, and consulting for corporates at board level on leadership and managing change.
- He later earned his doctorate from ECS Clermont, a triple accredited business school in France, specialising in organisational change capability.

Appreciate authentic leadership using unique exercises to demonstrate vulnerability as a leader. Gain insights into giving and receiving feedback and how to build and develop high performing teams
Session 4: Leading with Agility
Understand how people behave and respond to situations and how you could influence them. Develop a personal transformation plan for continuous improvement. This session brings all the concepts together into a practical behavioural toolkit for personal transformation
