The module explores the role of global integrated marketing in the 21st century as opposed to mass marketing it discusses the challenges & barriers that are been faced by International Marketers at present. Further model discusses on areas such as marketing communication process & tools/channels used. Development of an integrated marketing communication plan would be a key component.
This module aims to discuss accounting principles, concepts & regulations. It enables one to develop understanding on the financial process of a business from recording financial transactions, preparation of financial accounts & analysis of financial statements. It provides an overall comprehension of financial accounting.
This module aims to explore the key features of the overall Human resource functions. It discusses Human resource policies and the impact it has on the overall business. One would learn to evaluate human resource processes against good practices & legislations. Also comprehend employee relation practices in maintaining a successful employee and organization relationship.
